LMV has completed the construction of Bridge No.1 for the new high-speed railway line between Verona and Vicenza (VR–VI).
This strategic infrastructure forms part of the expansion of the high-speed rail network, confirming LMV’s expertise in the construction of steel bridges, viaducts and complex railway structures requiring high technical and performance standards.
The VR–VI high-speed bridge is a key infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity between Verona and Vicenza, while supporting the development of modern rail transport and sustainable mobility.
Designed to withstand significant dynamic loads and continuous railway traffic, the structure ensures maximum safety, durability and reliability, in full compliance with the standards required for infrastructure of this type.
LMV for the Cossi Costruzioni Project and the New High-Speed Railway Line
For the delivery of this project, LMV adopted an integrated approach, managing the entire operational lifecycle of the structure. The activities carried out included:
- Structural engineering design
- Fabrication of structural steelwork and supply of steel components
- On-site construction and erection, including assembly and inspection activities
This comprehensive control over all project phases ensured maximum execution accuracy and strict adherence to the established schedule.
