1974<\/div>

Our history in the metal structures field starts in 1974 when Ferruccio Venturelli decided to start a small business based on the metal\u00a0works. Since then we have been dedicating each day of our work to study of technologies, improvement of our skills and conquest of the metal.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1992<\/div>

LMV is founded.
Construction of the first 1,500 m\u00b2 workshop and acquisition of the first shear and press brake for basic metalworking operations.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1999<\/div>

The workshop is expanded to 2,500 m\u00b2. The company obtains its first welding quality certifications and begins operating nationwide. The workforce reaches 20 employees.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2004<\/div>

A major increase in production capacity with the expansion of the facility to 5,000 m\u00b2. The workforce grows to 50 employees.
The company changes its legal status from S.a.s. to S.p.A.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2010<\/div>

New facility in Roverbella: over 27,000 m\u00b2, including 1,000 m\u00b2 of production and office space. The workforce reaches 100 employees. Production exceeds 2,000 tonnes per month. International contracts begin.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2011<\/div>

Ingecom, a long-established engineering, design and 3D modelling company based in Verona, joins the LMV Group.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2012<\/div>

Establishment of LMV Russia LLC in Saint Petersburg.
Certification of LMV\u2019s Health & Safety Management System in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2015<\/div>

Construction of a new 6,000 m\u00b2 facility in Roverbella, divided into four bays.
Dedicated to the fabrication and testing of heat exchangers (bundles), including NDT inspections and pressure testing.
Also used for medium and heavy steel fabrication.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Acquisition of next-generation Adige Sys and Ficep machinery, enhancing automation and preprocessing capabilities.
LMV introduces advanced plasma cutting, laser cutting and drilling for tubular sections and structural profiles.
Production capacity significantly increases thanks to reduced processing times.
PED certification is obtained for the manufacture of pressure equipment and heat exchangers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
