It is a high-speed urban motorway bypass crossing the city of <\/span><b>St. Petersburg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, designed to improve urban mobility and enhance connections with the port and the city&#8217;s main transport corridors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project includes more than <\/span><b>11 kilometres of viaducts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cable-stayed bridges, sea crossings, artificial embankments and a tunnel, making it one of the most complex infrastructure developments ever completed in the country. The equipment included Derrick cranes with lifting capacities of up to <\/span><b>600 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>80-tonne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tower cranes, winch traction systems with capacities of up to <\/span><b>384 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, roller systems with lifting capacities of up to <\/span><b>3,000 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, hydraulic transport units and high-pressure hydraulic power packs operating at up to <\/span><b>700 bar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, LMV directly participated in the erection and launching of the main steel structures for two sections of the WHSD, working on a project that included:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>22,600 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of steel bridges and load-bearing structures;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>8,000 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of auxiliary steel structures and specialised equipment;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">approximately <\/span><b>1,800 metres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of steel viaducts constructed over the sea;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">more than <\/span><b>168,500 welding hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dedicated to the steel structures.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To successfully deliver a project of this complexity, LMV deployed a highly specialised technical organisation comprising engineers, skilled technicians, welders, steel erectors and support personnel. The company also utilised an extensive fleet of equipment, including crawler cranes, mobile cranes, gantry cranes and more than one hundred launching sliding systems for the steel
