Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une autoroute urbaine \u00e0 grande vitesse traversant la ville de <\/span><b>Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con\u00e7ue pour am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine et les liaisons avec le port ainsi qu&rsquo;avec les principaux axes de circulation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;ouvrage comprend plus de <\/span><b>11 kilom\u00e8tres de viaducs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des ponts \u00e0 haubans, des franchissements maritimes, des remblais artificiels et un tunnel, ce qui en fait l&rsquo;un des projets d&rsquo;infrastructure les plus complexes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le pays. Parmi ces \u00e9quipements figurent des grues Derrick d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <\/span><b>600 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des grues \u00e0 tour de <\/span><b>80 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des syst\u00e8mes de traction par treuils d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <\/span><b>384 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des syst\u00e8mes de roulement capables de lever jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <\/span><b>3 000 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des chariots hydrauliques de manutention et des centrales hydrauliques haute pression fonctionnant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <\/span><b>700 bars<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parall\u00e8lement, LMV a particip\u00e9 directement au montage et au lan\u00e7age des principales structures en acier de deux sections du WHSD, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet comprenant :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>22 600 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de ponts et de structures porteuses en acier ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>8 000 tonnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de structures m\u00e9talliques auxiliaires et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">environ <\/span><b>1 800 m\u00e8tres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de viaducs en acier construits au-dessus de la mer ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">plus de <\/span><b>168 500 heures de soudage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consacr\u00e9es aux structures m\u00e9talliques.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour mener \u00e0 bien un projet d&rsquo;une telle complexit\u00e9, LMV a mobilis\u00e9 une importante organisation technique compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs, de techniciens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, de soudeurs, de monteurs et de personnel de soutien. L&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 un vaste parc d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements comprenant des grues sur chenilles, des grues mobiles, des portiques de levage et plus d&rsquo;une centaine de
