Fabrication of Structural Steel

Thanks to advanced machinery, technical expertise and decades of experience, LMV is able to manufacture all types of structural steelwork starting from raw material.

The company operates more than 30 automated steel processing systems. Collaboration with certified welders and highly skilled operators is essential to ensure high standards of quality and precision in metal fabrication.

With more than 150 employees and a production capacity of up to 30,000 tonnes per year, LMV operates in facilities equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced production systems.

LMV offers a full range of steel processing services:

– Laser cutting: automated tube and plate cutting systems

– Cold cutting: beam cutting lines up to 1,200 mm width and 24 m length

– Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting systems

– Submerged arc welding lines (10 automated lines)

– Drilling and punching (Ø10–45 mm) for structural profiles up to 3,600 mm width and 24 m length, including threading and countersinking

– Surface treatment: shot blasting, painting and hot-dip galvanising
