The L’Archipel project is the new headquarters of the VINCI Group, located in the Les Groues district of Nanterre, on the outskirts of Paris. The development is part of a major urban regeneration programme aimed at connecting the city centre with the French capital’s main business and administrative district.
Designed to accommodate more than 4,000 employees, the new headquarters has become a symbol of architectural innovation and the urban transformation of the area, combining functionality, sustainability, and high construction quality.
A Landmark Building in Paris' Urban Regeneration
L’Archipel was designed to become the new flagship headquarters of the VINCI Group, bringing together thousands of employees in a single location while contributing to the development of Nanterre’s new business district.
LMV took part in the construction of the building’s most significant structural elements, delivering the base structure through innovative V-shaped steel columns, which are essential to supporting the entire building. The unique geometry of these components required a high level of precision throughout the design, fabrication, and installation phases.
Approximately 430 tonnes of structural steel were used for the project, manufactured in accordance with rigorous quality standards to ensure maximum structural reliability. The work was carried out in close collaboration with internationally renowned engineering firms and construction companies, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of the project.
