The project “Mantova Hub” represents an important urban development operation in the area of the Mantova jewish cemetery, with the target of creating a new social and acceptance hub for the city.
The projects involves the realization of multifunctional spaces for inclusive services, a structure for people with disability, an eco-hostel and an indoor market

Mantova Hub project is part of an urban redevelopment context aimed at promoting a historic area of the city through the creation of new spaces for the community
LMV has contributed to the project through the construction of the metallic carpentry structures, essential for the reinforcement and the adjustment of existing buildings. The use of 330 tons of steel allows to improve structural performance of spaces, ensuring safety and durability over time.
This project, besides the operation significant entity, distinguished itself for its social relevance, integrating different functions into a single ensemble, contributing to the creation of a new landmark for the city of Mantova.
